I have had perms for years. Went to new salon over weekend and had a perm. Not happy with the result. Hair is more wavy than curly. What can I do? How long before I have another
perm. Going to have a cut this weekend but with my old hairdresser.
Also challenged hairdresser when rinsing hair before putting neutraliser on as she only rinsed hair for a couple of mins tops - I asked her why she wasn't rinsing my hair for a longer period of time - she advised that it was an oil based perm and that was all that it needed.
Also If I have my hair cut will that hlep with hair looking curly rather than wavy??
