Google them, they are amazing images of animals drawn into the nazka desert and are only visible from the air.
As it happens they are only about 1 cm deep in the sand, have been around for thousands of years and still aren't faded xoxo

I went in October 2008 and loved every minute of it, I visited the capital Lima, the city Cuzco, climbed Machu Picchu then went into the jungle was the best 3 weeks ever! The people were lovely and really helpful, beautiful place you will love it :0D x
