Can you run a piercing business in a nail salon?

You can do anything anywhere as long as you comply with your local councils requirements, for instance most councils require flooring to not be carpet in premises that use by needles to piece the skin for hygiene reasons. Some required special licences for piercing, etc.

I'm thinking more the dust from filing?

I'd assume you'd keep them very seperate, as in a seperate room for piercing, especially if you're doing intimate, etc. again, i suspect it'll be driven by hygiene requirements.

Yes piercing upstairs and nails downstairs but have heard Wiltshire council don't even like that!

Have you contacted them to find out what they require?

Not yet was just seeing if it can be done. I heard of another nail tech lady trying to do microblading in the same room but not at the same time and council said no.
