need some advice a place has come up for let near me ok price but quite big so considering having self employed people in. Im currently mobile so this would be my first place and im really nervous about it all, I dont know where to start ie how much do you charge for hairdressers, beauticians etc whats the going rate do you take percentage and so on.
Advice on this is greatly appreciated
