Please help with some foils advice!

Hi,
could I get a few different views on where I should place foils for a crown only highlights.. I have been given different ways so wanted to see what the majority thought.. thanks

Well firstly why do they want crown only foils?

Thats wot i thought, is it the whole of the top of the head or just like a t-panel?

I've only done t-panel, half head& full head, thats why I'm a bit confused

Maybe it's parting foils to the crown?

Maybe she has a grey patch or a dark patch that she wants blended.. Very hard to give advice when we have no idea of the circumstances sorry :/

That was my second thought x
