Hi everyone!
Firstly I am actually a biosculpture nail technician but a friend of mine bought a whole new kit to start a spray tan business but then got a big promotion at work. She has taught me everything from her training day but I am still having problems. Needless to say she is now far to busy to help me!
Basically I am using a HVLP700 spray tan machine with 10% Tantrick solution and a pop up tent.
At first the solution went on far too heavy so after some adjustment of the screw I managed to get an even coat. I must say that the screw is very very tight and there is hardly any movement on the trigger to achieve this even spray. Is this normal?
Also there is a MASSIVE amount of overspray and no matter what I try (low medium or high spray output) the floor is still wet. Now I used to get spray tans myself and I never saw a wet floor!
My assumption is that the gun is of very poor quality as after speaking to a few people it seems that the HVLP700 is quite a good little machine. The gun is plastic with a metal screw and trigger. The hose is plastic and just pushes into the machine similar to a vacuum cleaner attachment.
If you would agree I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the direction of a better one that would fit my machine.
Thanks! Kind regards x
