Power plates/vibrating plates

Does anyone offer power/vibrating plates in their salon? If so do you need any special license or insurance and how much do you charge?

the shop next door to me has one and she charges £4 per 10 min session or 3 for £10, im 99% sure she doesnt have a licence.
