iv been using ichill which is royalty free so I never got a music licence but now my business is more successful I was wanting to pay for a music licence to be able to play better music in my salon. However there doesn't seem to be just one type of music licence there's PPL AND PRS and they both sound similar! Which do I need?

Both! The licences cover different things so it's not an either/or.

Yes both I'm afraid. I keep toying with the idea of a license but we constantly get such good feedback about how chilled it is in our salon that I don't think I'll bother. I go to the hairdressers and think "ooh turn it down" [emoji86][emoji86][emoji86]
