profit margins!?

Hi, sorry another questions for you wonderful peeps!

I am trying to work out profit margins for my buisiness plan but havent got a clue how to do it!
What percentage should be profit from each treatment or retail item? And how do you work it out?

Im so confused - this is all mind boggling stuff for me! lol

Mmmmm dunno babes...sounds way over my head...all i do is work out what i have earned...(IN) and what i have spend (OUT) the difference is my profit.
