rebalancing

When it comes to doing an infill / rebalance, i know you buff the nail down and remove any lifting, then you scrubfresh, but do you still remove the shine from any parts of the natural nail that you can see, and do you apply primer before using the acrylic?

I've looked at the articles on rebalancing, but it doesn't mention using a primer...don't you need to bother with this on an infill?

You file prep first, then you remove cuticle from the nail plate,remove surface shine then Scrubfresh. If you are using Creative Cuticle remover don't forget to wash this off and dry the nails before you go on to remove shine.
If you normaly use primer then apply primer to natural nail.
