Refectocil question-developing cream

Good morning,

I'm looking to change from salon system, to Refectocil, for eyelash and eyebrow treatments.

However, I can't find the usual lash tint developer on salon services website, only a developing cream which I think is quite expensive for £10.99??

Is it worth the £10.99? for the developer cream, I see the tints have really good reviews but there are no reviews on the developer.

I haven’t used the cream only their liquid. It’s a great brand with good results though. Hopefully someone will be able to help you.
