Refresher Advice

Hi all

I am after a bit of advice. I did my level 3 nail tech course in college about 4 years ago. We covered l&P, gel, fibre glass and silk. I haven't used my skills in about 2 years.

In college I used NSI. I was thinking of doing a refresher and would like to convert to CND. Would I be able to do their conversion course or would I need to do a refresher course first to get my skills ect going again before I converted?
