Dislaimers should not be used, as you have a duty of care towards your client. You will be liable for any injury your client suffers if you have not followed the allergy allert testing guidlines of the product that you are using.
 
Disclaimers have no legal standing in the UK so they aren't used over here.
Much better to do skin tests and strand tests and be honest during your consultation about what you can realistically achieve and refuse to use colour on anyone that reacts to the skin test.
 
You will have in writing that you preformed a colour and perm while voiding your insurance so if it went to court there is evidence to say you acted unprofessionally.
