Hi 
I am a beauty therapist that is currently in the middle of taking over an exisitng hair & beauty business which I have worked in for 3 years. I am planing to open on Sunday and Mondays where the previous owner had been closed.
I employ all my staff but on these two days I want Self employed staff. I know it wont be busy straight away so was thinking about getting the girls to pay a percentage rather than a set rate. What percentage should I be charging and what about costs of products etc?
I am also looking for information on what daily rate I should charge to an exisitng stylist who wants to go self employed with me and will be working three days a week? Also any charges for products used etc?
