Rentachair template/agreement?

As title suggests, I have searched high and low, do you use a rent a chair agreement? I open my little place next week, and I am renting out a chair, I need an agreement to draw up with the stylist.

I have charged her for 2 half day rates and am planning on doing it on a 2 weekly rotation ie rent up front, is that usual?

i think you can get one from the Hairdressing Federation. They have contracts in place.

I am currently looking for one for therapists. why reinvent the wheel
