Hi I am in the process of opening a nail bar/tanning shop and would like to rent a chair out for a hairdresser. The rent will cover all electricity, insurance etc, but the hairdresser will have to provide their own materials, towels etc. I live in blackpool in the Northwest, so can anyone in this area, tell me how much they pay a week to give me some ideas of what to charge. hi its not me but a friend that rents a chair and she just does 60/40 with owner in her favour, they pay electric and stuff, she buys the colours, perms, and washes towels ect....
as your a new salon this works well really as your kinda starting from scratch, (unless they have some clients to bring)
