Renting a chair

Hi everyone

I'm looking at the possibility of renting a chair in a hair salon. It's would be a weekly amount and I get to keep all takings. Also need to pay a percentage towards utilities. I literally only found it last night on a property website so am hoping to ring and meet tomorrow.

What questions should I ask please? So excited but nervous! I've wanted to go solo for a loooong time

Make sure everything you have to pay for is clear. What else is included. Like backwash shampoo etc. where you will keep your stock. What happens with walk ins. Like who will get them.

You need to know what is expected of you and what you except of the owner.

What will be you hrs, out goings etc.

How long will the rental last?
