Renting a room in log cabin advice

Hi All
I have been asked by a few people if i would consider renting my beauty room for a couple of days a week.
I have a log cabin salon set up at my home and offer a range of beauty treatments.
The girls that want to rent it a couple of days/evenings would be offering seni permanent make up & dermal fillers and the other girl is a lash technician.
I dont offer any of these treatments and could rent out the space a couple of days just not sure on the legalities of this (they have their own insurance) and if its possible what to charge rent?

I'd be interested in hearing the advise for this too as I'm in a similar position. I work in a Barn (which i rent) but I'm looking at changing the internal layout to allow for a second treatment room which I'd like to rent out to help towards the overall rent x

Seems like a good idea but doesnt seem like anybody has any experience doing it lol x
