Renting a Room Rate?

Hi All,

Just wondered how much you all charge to rent a room out? Thinking of renting our room out 1 day a week to a lady who does Reiki. The room would be availble from 10am till 7pm on a friday. We are located in a nice area. She would have access to a card machine aswell. Just wondered on average what you all charge daily/weekly

Would have to watch that her card payments dont push you over the threshhold for VAT (unless you already registered) as her payments would then have to include VAT too

Sorry cant help with the rates bit, hopefully some one will post soon for you, just wanted to let you know about the VAT thing in a previous life things like that were my job dont miss those days thats for sure lol

I feel this is rather difficult to answer. My full day rate inclusive of all laundry, utility, rent and rates costs is far less here in sunny Plymouth than it would be in the West End of London!
