Hi guys
I currently have a girl working in our salon on rent a chair basis. Her contract is up and wants it replacing but wants more than a year contract. She hasn't spoke to me about it but has spoke to girls on shop floor that she is going to be trying for a baby at the end of this year or beginning of next year. I was just wondering has anyone had a chair renter and what happens when they go on maternity? Does the contact cease or do they still need to pay for the chair rent if the contact is still in place?
