Renting chair prices?

hi i no it depends on area, salon etc but what do you pay to rent a chair or a beauty room in a salon?does anyone do both hair,beauty,nails?i wouldnt want % wise tho.does it include products or without any help would be great.

I've read in here that it is usually 60/40 split highest to the one providing materials.
And roughly 30 pound a day?
