Renting out my beauty room

Hi

I only work afternoons and evenings in my beauty/nails room. I was wondering would it be viable to rent out the beauty room I have at home mornings only?

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding this. I dont work mornings at home the place is empty and could be earning me money.

Either that or I employ someone on a percentage basis and they bring their own clients.

The first thing that comes to mind is: is your nails room separate from your house and is your house locked.
Otherwise you'll be letting someone into your house while you're not home. Big trust issue there.

As for employment or percentage basis I don't know which would work best. I have thought about doing that in my house nail salon & I would have them supply all their own equipment and their own clients and keep their earnings, and pay me the rent.

That's my thoughts anyway :green:
