Just wondering if anyone can help, i'm looking to rent my Salon out a day a week (saturday) and not sure what is a fair price to charge. They will use their own products but will have use of a treatment room, tanning room and front area which has a nail desk in it. They would be able to use it for as long as they want on that day

Every area is different but from a bit of research it can range anywhere between £10 a day to £40 a day. You do need to be realistic, if you're in a quiet area and the renter isn't going to making much more than £50, you won't find anyone willing to pay £40 a day. Best thing to do is research what other salons charge in your area, but take into consideration if they also pay for stock, charge commission or take a percentage of income. Hope that helps a little :)

Yes, thanks for your reply. Want to make it fair for both of us

I no alot of hairdressers that rent rooms out and charge a % a day. Say 10%.

I think it's easier to have a set price or gets a bit too complicated! Thanks tho :)
