Renting rooms and chairs

Hey

How much would you charge to rent out two beauty rooms within a hair salon, also included space in the front reception for two nail bars? Ensuring they hire their own receptionist..

Also how much would you look to rent out a chair in the salon?
With the hairdresser using their own stock

I go 50/50 and that includes everything think i got a great deal though. X

I'm in Preston Lancashire and charge £30 a day for chair they use their own products but have use of everything, phone, reception, tea, coffee etc. hope this helps x
