rheumatic fever

hi sorry to sound stupid but on my client consultation form it asks about rheumatic fever alongside diabetes and i have no idea why. i have done a search and looked through my books but i cant find out why we need to know this. Can anyone help????

Rheumatic fever is a heart condition as you may know. It is not dangerous to do enhancements on a person who has it or has had it, but it does indicate a delicate state of health and the natural nails will not be in the best of health if the body isn't. Just is an indication to take great care, as with diabetes. People with rheumatic fever can develop infections easily and are usually taking antibiotics regularly.
