I've just seen a deal on groupon for a cut and blow dry and Gelish manicure for wait for it...£16!!! What the hell? Anyone seen anything like this online/Facebook? How do they make money?! X

They don't make money. They just hope to goodness someone rebooks although the jump from this to a realistic price will kill most bargain hunters.

I took my name off all these deal sites. I wouldn't do the deals and I wouldn't use the deals.

I've had to ask the groupon rep to leave my salon in the past for his rudeness & ignorance of the industry and the fact he couldn't understand NO! Why an earth anyone would work for free (cause after the silly discounts that's what it is!) is beyond me. I'd rather sit on my ass filing my own nails....or do something productive within my business! [emoji4]
