Hi,
I'm looking for advice on renting out rooms. I have one room I would be looking to rent out to do things like Botox/ fillers/ teeth whitening/ tattooing either one person 5 days a week or splitting it between people. What is the going rate for this? In our area (Dorset) beauty is approx £35 a day room rental or a 40/60 rate depending on who supplies products. I want a set price not % . Any advice areciated . Also any ideas on other occupiers for the room also be helpful
