Room Renting Costs

Hi Geeks,
I wonder if you can help me and let me know if this is a "good deal".

To rent a room for two evenings a week from 6pm to 9pm. Rent £12.50 to use the products already in the salon or £10.00 to use my own.

And also, 1 Saturday a month £25 to use the products and £20 to use my own.

I have explained that i dont have any clients yet but clients will be booked in for me.

This seems to good to be true, or can anyone see any flaws?

I think it sounds a great dael im just setting up and my rent for 2 nights 4-8 and sat 8-4 is going to be £250 a mth.

Where is the shop? what products are used? any other salons around? what prices do they charge?
It sounds good to me, the rent dosn't seem a lot which is good when you are starting out. Ask as much questions as you can. Wite sown things you want to ask and also write down any thing that they say e.g your rent will increase when you get busy.
Anyway sorry for rambling.
I rent a room above a hairdressers and it costs me £20 per week even though I'm only there 2 days. Iam at a loss but I look at it.if you don't try you will never know.
