Room to rent in Darlington

Hello just letting geeks know that there is a beauty room to rent in Darlington town centre (north east england) its within a hair salon called Mojoa. I have a room upstairs and i do the following beauty treatments
Waxing
Facials
Massage
Bio sculpture gel overlays
Manicures
Pedicures

The team is looking for someone to do something different within the salon for example holistic treatments or clinical (fillers/ semi permanent makeup) or acrylics and semi permanent lahes. then we can offer a wider range of treatments and recommend eachother for the opposite .
