After having a mentor and buying a new acrylic system I feel my confidence and skills have gone up and because of this I was thinking about running a special on fullsets. Our regular price is $35 and fills run $20.

I was thinking about running a special on fullsets down to $25? I'm torn on what to do about fills because I was told that you should never "discount" them since they are your "bread-and-butter". However, I think I should discuss it with the owner about lowering the prices permanently so we can compete with the NSS salons around here.

The problem is, when I first got together with my mentor I told her I would never undercharge her services. For an example, if I were to offer p&ws, I wouldn't charge less than what she does. I didn't sign anything though. BUT! Our prices are already lower hers so this should be okay right? I'm not sure.
