Sally's hair extension course

Hi.. I am a stylist with 14 years senior experience and nvq3. I am looking to add extension services and saw that Sally's had a course on for micro bonds. It's just one day... Is this sufficient do you think? I have cut hair extensions many times and used micro rings for hair feathers, just never done a full set.

I recently qualified in hook and latch and that was a full day. It should be fine for yourself as you have a lot more years in hairdressing under your belt than me

I was thinking of doing this course I've been in a salon for years and fancy doing something different has anyone done this course or gone from hairdressing to doing extensions? X
