Salon for sale

My salon is going up for sale. I sadly have too many things going on and pulling me in all directions and I cant give it the attention it needs. I've built up a cracking little business over the last 4 years with 2 retail websites as well. Now I am going to market it out to the local community and also to other salons in the are who may be looking to acquire another salon. Are there any sites anyone recommends? I don't want to use an agent if I can avoid it as they all seem like sharks.....any ideas??? Have any of you successfully sold your businesses?

If you don't want to pay for you will be the best option to go for ebay-business for sale and advert in a local paper or...offer to other salons your baby.They will kill twp bids.
