Salon revamp-need inspiration and product brand

I'm going in as manager of a salon that is in need of a bit of a lift. I haven't worked in this salon before although I have worked for the owner so I know how he works and visa versa.

I'm needing to get a product brand in that doesn't have a huge set up fee but is known to a lot of clients to get almost instant product sales, does anyone have any ideas for this??

The salon has been successful and busy in past years but has recently lost a bit of clientèle due to issues that are no longer there. Does anyone have any ideas on how we could regain custom again?

I realise this is going to be a lengthy process to build things back up again
