Modern, good sized room available to rent above hair salon on Chatsworth Road. Salon is open 6 days a week, regular clients visiting but your days are to suit you. Must be self employed and able to afford the rent on good and bad business weeks. Must be a nice bubbly person with own clientele. Lots of local competition so must have something special and determination to do well. Lots of opportunities to do joint advertising and wedding fayres etc.
We already have a therapist that does general beauty therapy,massage,waxing, facials, manicure, pedicure etc so not to conflict please. Ideally someone who does something very different. May even look to do something like a clothing boutique there. Open to options.
We are looking for someone to fill this room in the new salon - we are relocating to a bigger salon across the road. Room will be available from March/April time.
Rent is £100 per week. (includes all utility bills and drinks for clients)
As new salon is being renovated - you can pick the décor and flooring etc
