Sandals!

I have seen some sandals on someone, not seen them before, dont know what you call them, not seen them in any shops but stunning! Basically i saw 2 girls wearing sandals that had no straps whatsoever but just a blingy ball/stud/piece in-between the big toe and second toe and thats what kept her toes down. Does anyone know what i mean?
