Searching for a salon to rent

Hi geeks hoping some of you can help me.

I am currently a mobile technician but am wanting to move myself to a perminent place. I cant open a home salon because of council restroctions.

Where would I start for looking at shop? Are there hidden costs? Is it worth it?

I would get a cv written up and send with a cover letter explaining that u want to be self employed!! Look for rent a chair/room openings on Internet, most places take a cut of what u earn or u pay then rent and buy ur own products, it's good if u have a clientele already x
