Seche vite UV top coat?

Is this for use over normal polish? When I look it up it just says dries to a high shine in 3 mins under UV light but I didnt know you could put a UV tc over polish?

I saw this the other day & wondered the same. Also wondered what the removal process is after its been cured?

I just thought a UV coat would give a higher shine similar to gel polish

I use Orly bonder as my base, OPI as my polish & Seche Vite as my top! So it
A fine.

Seche is a really high shine finish

I swear by Seche Ultra V. I use it over China Glaze and my clients get 2 weeks with high shine and no chips, one of my clients even had 4 weeks xx
