Self employed notice

Hi guys.....my self employed member of staff has given me a weeks notice and she's leaving on sat. Would you allow her to work it or just finish her. She's not got a very busy week and my part time member can work her hours!! How stressful is this staffing???? 😖😖😖😖

If she's self-employed then I don't see why you wouldn't want her to work it?! After all, all her clients are technically her clients. There's also nothing worse than ending with bad blood, the last thing you want is a therapist bad-mouthing you.

As she's self employed it's up to her. As long as she's paid you what she owes she can do what she likes.
