self employed/rent a space for nail tech in North West

Just about to take over a hair salon in Hoylake. Putting in 2 new beauty rooms, one room will be used by qualified nurse for botox. Will have one room for rent for beauty. But would also like a nail tech for front of house, large reception area fronting the shop for the nail bar. Self employed basis/rent or open to discussion.

Just to make this clear, looking for 2 people. One for beauty and one for nails
