Hi

Can anyone tell me what peoples experience of renting a chair is like.

Do you have to have your own clients? And can you work the hours you like to fit around your home life.

I know i am asking early as i have only just completed level 1. But we will be moving when i have finished level 2 to a total different part of the country and would like to consider all aspects of working for myself or being employed in a salon.

Thanks in advance x:)

So i have managed to get some idea.x

Hi Missbad

We own a Salon in Daventry (northamptonshire) and our Stylists pay a rent.
There are completly free to do there own thing, the hours they want to fit there
comitments.
They buy there stock and pay there tax but they still come out with a lot more money than they would being employed, although our stylists joined us with there own clients at the time.

Now we have been open over a month, people know we are here and all the Stylists are now getting many walk-ins so there clientel base is growing.
