Semi Permanent Make-Up

Hi Ladies (and Gents !)

I am a Bio Sculpture tech of about 5 years, this is my first time to post a question, so please be kind to me

Does anyone know of a good Semi Permanent make-Up tech in or around Kent that they would recommend to me ? I want to get my eyebrows filled in, but am really stuggling to find someone !
