hi everyone I've been a therapist for over ten years and am finally taking the plunge to set up alone. I'm going to work from home...business help would be greatly appreciated. I've took out insurance but do I need other things setting up? I will be using a room that's in use as a nursery at the moment so am I right in thinking you don't need to declare you are running a business from home? Thanks in advance xx

You will need to tell HMRC you're running a business. You need to check with your mortgage provider and your local council. Also check your home insurance because this invalidates your insurance with some companies.
