Just looking for some Fabby advice from you all, I'm setting up a room in a hairdressers and hoping to open by mid January. Iv never done this before I have been in the industry for 8 years now and am currently a salon manager so do know a bit about how business runs but could you give me some pointers on the ins and outs of what I am going to have to do in the next few weeks ?
