hi im a trained manicurist but i ahve had a couple of clients who have said their shellac lifted after a day. i have just started using a new cnd shellac base coat (purchased fromEllisons so its not a fake) could it be a bad base coat?
also, when i was using this base coat to repair a clients nail with fibreglass using fingernailfixer's method, i noticed that i could still move the fibreglass around with my orangewood stick even after i had cured the base coat. this leads me to think that its not curing. my lamp has 89 hours left and its a cnd lamp from Ellisons.
please help!!

Hi, whats your method for PEP? What products are you using prior to basecoat application? Have you done a CND Shellac course? :D

Base Coat will still move when using the technique recommended by Fingernail Fixer. Your base coat is fine.

Are you using the CND UV lamp?
