There was a thread on here a while ago asking about how to create a Chanel Rouge Noir colour using Shellac.

The consensus was to use Fedora and Decadence I believe but I cannot remember which way round they were to be applied.

Can anyone help?

I'm guessing it would be fedora and then decadence. I'm going to try it later because one of my clients loves the Chanel colour and I want to recreate it for her.

Yes 2x Fedora and 1 thin layer of Decadence xx
