Should I stay or should I go?

Hi, I was just wanting some advice. I have been in my current salon now for 3 years, and have built up a good client base. The salon is in a good location and is a lovely salon. It's very discreet, but I feel, because the salon is quite small, I cannot expand any further. The opportunity has come up to move to larger premises, also in a good location. The premises are only a short distance from the salon I am in now. The problem is I work till 9 in the evening and to get to and from the salon you have to go through a car park to enter the salon, My husband is not liking that idea, for safety issues, for myself and the clients, because he feels that it is too dark, and clients may not feel comfortable with that. He feels that a salon with an entrance on the street is much safer. It is a good opportunity, but I can see where he is coming from.
So should I go for it,and face the wrath of my husband? I do feel that both of us need to be 100% behind it though!
Or bide my time untill something else becomes available?
