Shower gel after spray tan - dermo oils?

Sanex do a moisturising shower gel with what they call 'dermo oils'. As general advise is to use oil free products after a spray tan I'm wondering whether this is OK to use. Generally the Sanex shower products are soap free and light but not 100% sure about conditioning shower gel with 'dermo oils' and whether they may strip the tan or provide further benefits?

Vani-t do a body shampoo which is SLS Free (sulphate free) so it doesn't break the tan down on the skin. There will also be other brands and in the shops that offer sls free body washes
