Help!! Every month I get a boil. In the same place on my chin.

I'm usually reasonably cool with it.

But I'm going out on Saturday. How can I ensure it goes by then?

Do you think there's any point going to the Drs about it? It's obviously hormone related...

Can't guarantee it'll be gone by Saturday, but you can try accumax that we sell. It's a skin supplement that helps with hormone related skin conditions. It may be a long term solution x

Hi Grace_Hair,
Have you maybe thought about reducing eating dairy, especially cheese and milk and cream? It might have something to do with it as these things are notorious for exacerbating or even causing skin issues. I have been a skin specialist for many years and usually things like this can definitely be helped by reducing dairy, sugar and processed foods, even if it is hormone related. Also I can highly recommend pure, essential oil of Lavender. Find a good brand though. Try Tisserand, Fleur, Jurlique or a brand sold in a small independent local Health Food Store. (not Holland & Barrett as their oils are ok, but not great) Put the Lavender oil on every night for a few nights as soon as the boil looks like it's coming or when you feel the lump under the skin. Be careful not to get it into your eyes. Hope that helps!
All the best. Lilly

I couldn't live without dairy... Definitely should/could try cutting down sugar.

I'll look into the lavender oil. Thanks

Is it an actual boil or a spot?
I get a huge spot on my chin once a month, it's just a hormonal spot though not a boil! X

My sister (who's a nurse) said it was a boil. I don't really know the difference. There's no head? Ever?

Boils are really really painful, get a head and eventually burst, so with you saying its once a month- around your period probably? It will just be a hormone related spot, I get them, they're red sore & never get a head[emoji22]
Drives me mad x
