Slighty embarassing!!

Hi geeks,

Just a quick Q for all you skin geeks (any advice appreciated)
I work in the retail shop which has just gone through a major refit and the whole shopping centre is still under construction so to be honest the shop i work in gets pretty dusty and dirty, as a result i have ended up with quite bad black heads on my nose and chin (not sure if the shop being dirty would cause this)

I have tried various things in the shops but nothing seems to work. Can anyone suggest anything to help me get rid of these please. (totally embarassed by them!!)
