Slimming machine or wrap

I'm looking at adding an ilipo ultra but it is a lot of money. Do you geeks think that a treatment like shrinking violet or other wraps/slimming products are better then laser or ultraound based treatments?

I'd love to hear from owners of the ilipo and how easy it is to sell to clients.
